Hi Jill, just listened to the radio…. it was fun
I love the applause, after you mention the WINNER names ;)… it gave a feeling that we are standing on a podium and you are giving us the awards

idea sounds great!
I really love the polling idea. It allows the members to participate especially and know whats happening…. only thing which I wanted to mention here is, there was no indication or email or message to everyone, that polling has started
Since it was weekend… I really missed it and informed friends, few hours before the polling was closed…. Anyway, next time I will keep watching
